SAVE THE DATE! Ability Pittsburgh is designed to provide students with disabilities age 16-21 with information and resources to support their transition to adulthood. In addition to exploring the collections and exhibitions at the Senator John Heinz History Center, Ability Pittsburgh provides unique interactive activity areas focused on: * Transition to employment * Assistive Technologies * Advocacy and History * Healthy Lifestyles and Nutrition The day’s events culminate with a special speaker from the disability community, to share their story of achievement and to encourage young adults with disabilities to take charge of their future.
